At Hourdrift, every watch is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
All sales are final because all watch are carefully self built by our watch makers
Once an item has been sold and delivered, refunds, cancellations, or returns are not accepted.
Defective Item Replacement
We only offer replacement for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a replacement:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item

A clear, unedited unboxing video must be provided

The video must show:

The parcel unopened
-
The full unboxing process

The defect clearly visible

Without an unboxing video, no replacement will be provided.
Replacement Terms

Once the defect is verified, we will arrange a 1-to-1 replacement of the same model

Replacement does not include refunds or exchanges for other models

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage, or misuse are not covered
